The 4x4 double-sided FORGET ME NOT sticker is placed on the driver's side window, above the door lock where it will be seen upon exiting and entering the vehicle. The sticker can be placed on any vehicle window as long as it does not impair the driver's vision.

We all wonder, what kind of a person could let this happen? Ask yourself this question. Have I ever driven from point A to point Z and not remembered the drive? I don't remember turning left on Main Street, or stopping at the red light on 4th Street. But I must have. I arrived at my destination safely, didn't I? Scary isn't it? On June 2, 2008, Oklahoma Gov. Henry signed the" Forget Me Not Vehicle Safety Act" and on June 13, 2008 Hawaii's Gov. Lingle signed SB2245 making 14 the number of states which have laws regarding Children Unattended in Vehicles.

From 1998-2007, from New Jersey to California, Ohio to Texas, there have been 320 heat-induced (hyperthermia) deaths of infants and children left unattended in vehicles.

51% are children "forgotten" by caregivers*

30% are children playing in unattended and unlocked cars".*

18% are children intentionally left in vehicle by adult".*

    1% the circumstances are unclear.*

For example, a FORGET ME NOT sticker can be placed on the entry and exit doors of your place of business as a reminder for customers and employees. The sticker can also be posted on your front and back door at home so it is the first thing you see as you start your day. Place the sticker anywhere it will trigger your memory and help you avoid the unthinkable.
